Baja Sauce (spicy)

This is a versatile sauce, although it is used more popularly in tacos, quesadilas etc. You can easily use this as a dip or to top your pizzas and pastas.

For the buffet on the table, bringing another condiment this week..

1 red capsicum
2 jalapenos
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tspn garlic powder
1 tspn all spice powder
1 tspn fresh green chillies (optional)
salt to taste
1) Put all ingredients (except green chillies) in a blender and grind to a smooth paste. I started with capsicum and then gradually added everything else one at a time.
2) Store in a clean jar and refrigerate.

For extra zing, add fresh green chillies and serve fresh for that batch.



Never heard about this but it sure sounds so flavorful.Nice choice Pradanya.
The flavors sound the ingredients going in there.

I bet this tastes great with either sandwich or tacos. Anything with mayo is yum yum yum!!
