Tandoor Gobi and Aloo

I realised we deserve some savory dish. This one is a quick fix and also disappears faster

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower florets and peeled and halved small potatoes
3 tbsp Chickpea flour/ Besan
1 tspn red chilli powder
1 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn dry mango powder
1/2 tspn black pepper powder
2 tspn roasted cumin seeds powder
1 tspn rice flour
2 tspn oil
salt to taste
Chat masala to sprinkle on top (optional)
Method
1) Preheat your oven at 200c
2) In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the vegetables
3) Ad 4 tbsp of water to make a thick paste. Use more if required
4) Dip each of the floret and potato piece into the batter and placed on a greased baking sheet
5) Bake for 8-12 min
6) Sprinkle with chat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney
