Green Peas Kebab

Green peas kebabs are no replacement for meat mince kebab but I experimented with this version following a recipe from the book that used only little meat and lots of vegetables. I have only excluded the meat but you could add mince, paneer or soya granules to this mixture. I think it will make it more drier than the version I had.

Ingredients
2 cups Green peas boiled
2 potatoes boiled
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tspn ginger garlic paste
1 tspn green chilly paste
1 tspn cumin seeds powder
1 tspn dry mint powder
1 tbspn coarsely ground cashewnut powder
2 tspn cornflour
1 tspn black pepper powder
salt to taste
Oil to coat

Method
1) Mix all the ingredients and knead well.
2) Make small tikkis or stick them on a satay stick of skewer like a seekh. Brush with oil all around
3) Bake in a preheated oven for 15 min, brushing with oil at 180c

Serve hot with chutney or yogurt
