Green Peas Kebab
Green peas kebabs are no replacement for meat mince kebab but I experimented with this version following a recipe from the book that used only little meat and lots of vegetables. I have only excluded the meat but you could add mince, paneer or soya granules to this mixture. I think it will make it more drier than the version I had.
