Carribean/ Commonwealth of "Jamaica" Lunch / Carribean Meal Menu

Carribean islands rings the bells of beautiful seas, mery making people and lot of food. The island consists of many countries but the popular ones are Jamaica, Cuba etc.

During the blogging marathon runs I made so many friends , I call them friends and not acquaintances as we practically live with each other through virtual world. Mir is one such friends whose cuisine inspired me to pick this country and it is my dream now to visit the Carribean islands some day...To her I dedicate this meal today...

I picked a few dishes to build my meal for the day. I was surprised to know that my 5 year old went for 2nd and 3rd serving until I realised that the meal actually consisted of his favorite items....paneer, sweet potatoes, bread, green peas...which meant that preparations can be of any style, kids have their likings set on ingredients.

Coming to the meal of the day.....have your share..

The meal above consists of Coco Bread, Soy chunk curry, jerk spiced paneer, Rice and Peas, candied sweet potaties, fried plantains and matrimony
