Choco Chip Cookies

Picnics have a funny association with choco chip cookies. You can try searching on google for picnic recipes and you will find a lot of choco chip cookie recipes. Over the years even I have got hooked on to these. Off late it is very easy to get a lot of variety of these cookies but the fun of baking fresh warm cookies and carrying them is unmatched. You will agree when you make your own

1/2 cup choco chips / chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tspn of vanilla essence

2) In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar and beat it till it is soft and fluffy
