Hmarcha Rawt/ Green chillies chutney Mizoram special

Mizoram's Hmarcha Rawt pronounced as Marcha Rot, is so similar to maharashtrian thecha that it almost fell like an easy option to make and accepted in the house. I had made this as a dip so mixed in some warm water.

It is hardly a recipe actually. But it is still interesting to note the steps

Ingredients
4 to 5 green chillies
1 spring onion finely chopped
1 tspn ginger grated
1 cup warm water
salt to taste
Oil 1 tspn
Method
1) Roast the green chillies on a hot griddle with some oil.
2) Ground the green chillies roughly along with onions, ginger and salt
3) Mix it well
4) It is ready to be served

I added a cup of warm water and mixed it. Also sprinkled the green onions

Looking at the picture I thought you either posted a wrong picture or the wrong recipe. After reading further I realized it is the water that you add that gave this chutney the soupy consistency. It is indeed an easy recipe.
Another version of hmarcha rawt, sounds interesting..
