Beans Stir Fry / Nagaland Style
Nagaland brings to fore the thing it is most famous for in the food world, the Naga Chilly. I cannot categorically tell whether I was excited about the dish more or the serving bowl I had planned to present it in for the Naga recipe.
Coming to the recipe, it is a nice simple stir fried salad which can go well on days you want to be on detox deit. I combined a bowl of soup to fill me up. Next time a slice of brown bread will also work..

Ingredients
1 cup pulses of your choice (Rajma, Broad beans, green gram)
1 carrot thinly sliced
1 cup french beans cut in long juliennes
1 bunch of spinach
1 spring onion finely chopped with greens
1 tomato finely chopped
1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
1 cup capsicum finely chopped
1 tspn ginger paste
1 tspn soy sauce
1 tspn green chilli paste
salt to taste
1 tspn Oil
Method
1) Soak your pulses overnight, wash and boil them with some salt until they are cooked
2) In a pan, heat some oil add ginger , green chillies.
3) Add the pulses and saute it for few minutes
4) Next add all the vegetables one at a time on high flame and keep sauteing
5) Add the soy sauce and salt. Cover and let it cook for 5 min
Serve as a side dish. I served it with the akhuni chutney and it worked as a combination
