Xoriatiki - Greek Rustic Salad

It was my quest for recipe starting with X that led me to find this simple yet popular greek style salad. This is so simple and yet so tasty. The brilliance lies in the combination of flavors that pack a punch of all kind of flavors

this salad is served often here at restaurants but it is simply called Greek Salad - nice to learn the original name for it
Chunkier version of a very colourful salad.

I saw the same tongue twisting salad in Priya's place too...Great for the letter X, but not so good for our poor tongues to pronounce it!! (Look whose talking..I bet no one can pronounce even the simplest of the Malayalam words! Yet I complain :D)

The salad looks yummy and easy to put together..

I cannot say the greek word but I am more interested in the salad eating than in saying it.
Great choice Pradnya.
