Fruit Jellies

I read some where that kids eat with their eyes and not their tongue really. Unless it is something completely off their taste type, they will not turn down something visually appealing.
On checking with my son, on whether he prefers a gulab jamun or an icecream for his d-day as dessert, note that both happen to be his favorite, he pointed his finger to the packet of jelly which I was stacking up in my kitchen shelf. And then i thought of an idea, I had to sneak in the papaya which father-son duo picked up and were avoiding eating it throughout the week, inside the jelly.
It worked, both did not notice and gulped down glass after other after our morning lunch, sitting in the balcony and talking about something related to football. Not my subject of interest, I was happy for 2 things, my refrigerator shelf was now free and second I had an interesting thing to offer the kids next month

Ingredients
1 packet of instant jelly (bluebird)
1 cup cut fruits
Method
1) Choose your serving dish , small cups, large glasses, empty coconut shells, cut sweetlime, orange cups or an emptied watermelon boat
2) Add the chopped fruit to it
3) Cook the jelly as per the instructions of your packet
4) Pour it in the dish, the fruits will float to the top
5) Set it in refrigerator
6) Top with whipped cream if you like before serving

I was planning jelly boats for Ikshu's birthday but my jelly did not set properly :( Got to try it again. Adding the fruits is a superb way to sneak in some goodness
