Chinese Style Bhel

This is super cool street snack now available in every nook and corner of mumbai. I make them often for myself as I am quite fond of it personally. I was unsure about its taste being appreciated by others so never really got into offering it to anyone.
But I was in for a surprise when my son said he liked it a lot. He asked me to make it for his birthday - which is something he has started asking for each and everything off late, probably ensuring that I do not miss out planning about it.
And since I am on the topic of birthday recipes,   let me quickly share this one with you

Ingredients
1 packet of deep fried noodles (Fry your own boiled noodles if you dont get ready pack)
1 onion thinly sliced
1 green onions with leaves finely chopped
2 tomatoes deseeded ,thinly sliced
1 capsicum thin juliennes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tspn soy sauce
1 tspn vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2) Serve garnished with chopped green onions

This is better than the m..K that the girls regularly order. By fried noodles do you mean the maggi variety that you boil then fry.

liked the story behind the transition from Angry birds to sponge bob.. mine is leaving behind barbie / Ariel to move to Thea Stilton :-) lol ! now how will anyone base a bday party on that theme (any ideas - lemme know).

and about the choco chips you asked me earlier this week, they are very much indian, except I bought it loose (from a gourmet shop opened recently).. he has amazing variety of chocolates too !
