Matar Kulcha

My mother made this amazing stuffing for peas patties which I have kind of re-used to make these delicious kuchas.
The kulchas are good on their own with no side dish required.

Ingredients
for dough
2 cups All purpose flour
1 cup curd
1 pinch of baking soda
2 tspn vegetable oil
salt to taste
for stuffing
2 medium onion finely chopped
1 cup green peas
2 tspn garam masala
2 tspn ginger garlic paste
1 tspn red chilli powder
1 lemon juice
salt to taste
Oil to cook
for topping
1 tspn black sesame seeds
2 tspn butter
1 tspn chat masala

Method
1) For the dough, mix all the ingredients together using water needed to make a soft pliable dough. Cover it for an hour or so
2) Grind the green peas to crush them (not puree)
3) In a  pan, heat oil, add onions and saute them till they are soft
4) Add the green peads and saute it till they are well cooked
5) Add the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder , salt and saute till the mixture is well cooked about 10 min
6) Add the garam masala and lemon juice
7) Let this mixture cool down.
8) Pinch out small balls from the dough, roll it out, stuff the filling using spoons, roll up the ends and then roll it out to mid size flat breads
9) Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
10) Roast on hot griddle on one side, flip over the side and roast for 2-3 min
11) Brush the top with butter and sprinkle chat masala on top
