Baked patti samosa (with zero oil stuffing)

This recipe is from my mom's stable..she mentioned the stuffing to me and suggested trying to make this out for my little one. The stuffing is full of health and taste and it only made sense to do a baked samosa.

so for the second day of the zero oil cooking, this is a perfect dish...

Ingredients
1 packet of samosa pattis (wonton wrappers)
1 tbsp milk for brushing
for stuffing
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup soaked poha/ beaten rice flakes
1/2 cup green peas
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn garam masala
1 tspn lemon juice
salt to taste
sugar to taste
Method
1) In a non stick pan, add the shredded cabbage on high flame
2) Keep tossing the cabbage, when it starts wilting, add the green peas, and soaked poha.
3) Add the rest of the ingredients and cover the pan, until it is well cooked.
4) Set aside the stuffing to cool down.
5) Take the patti and form a cone of it. Fill the stuffing and seal the ends.
6) Brush the top with milk.
7) Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c for about 5-6 min on each side (the first batch may take a little longer)

Serve with ketchup or chutney.
