sweet sesame, jaggery filled rolls

I thoroughly enjoyed making these rolls. These disappeared in no time as soon as they were out of the oven. The best part is that these needed no oil to cook..I would classify this as one healthy option

Ingredients
7-8 wonton wrapper sheets
1/2 cup Bengal Gram Dal/ Chana Dal
1/2 cup grated jaggery
1 tbsp crushed cashewnuts, almond, poppy seeds
1 tspn cardamom powder
2 tbsp toasted and crushed sesame seeds powder
Method
1) Boil the chana dal till it is well cooked
2) In a deep sauce pan, add the boiled chana dal, jaggery, crushed nuts, poppy seeds, cardamom powder and sesame seeds powder.
3) Stir well
4) Let it cook till it is well mixed and starts coming together like a soft dough. This may take about 15-20 min. The liquid should evaporate as much as possible. Do not worry about making it very dry like we do for puran polis though
5) Set the mixture to cool completely
6) You may use this mixture as it is or grind it in mixer or mash using a puran making machine
7) Now take the wonton wrappers, moisten them by dipping in a plate of water.
8)Set the sheets on a plain surface, put the stuffing in a cylindrical shape in the centre and roll over the sides to make a small roll.
9) Similarly finish others. Brush the top with some water or milk and sprinkle some sesame  seeds on top.
10) Bake them in  preheated oven at 200 for 7-8 min.

Once done garnish with crushed nuts and serve.
