Sev Corn Puri
I can live my life off street food or junk food or whatever you call it. Also, I am not interested or inclined to alter the dish to make the healthy.
Before you think I am not interested in maintaining the health of me or my family, let me tell you that when I eat it I try to keep it in moderation (eating 6 plates of pani puri is in limits of moderate eating , isn't it?)
For a change , I have made a combination of 2 popular street foods in one - Sev Puri and Corn masala.
Ingredients (for 8 – 10 people)
Papdi/ Puri (Sev Puri)
2 cups of fresh corn kernels/nibbles
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 tspn black pepper
2 cups of fresh corn kernels/nibbles

1 tspn chat masala
salt to taste

Lime/lemon juice as per taste
½ tspn red chili powder
For garnish
coriander
nylon sev

Method
1) Microwave/ boil the corn kernels with salt and some water until they are cooked. MW for 3 min. Boil for 5-8 min
2) Drain the water and mix along with all the ingredients except the puris and sev.
3) Serve with puris laid out in a dish and topping it with some corn mixture and garnish with sev and coriander
