Chocolate Fondue with Fruits & Marshmallows

After the festive foods I had withdrawn from my kitchen especially when it came to make sweet nothings. Well, how long could I resist the demands of my sweet li'l toothy.

This is especially cool idea for kids birthday parties. If you manage to find a tool that can make a fountain well you will conquer the little hearts and also become the star mummy for the daily discussions for days to come.

Over to the recipe
Ingredients (For 4 people of all sizes)
Left over chocolate bars 200 gms(Bittersweet, Raisins & Nuts, Roasted Almonds all variety except with rice crackers)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp mini marshmallows
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 cup chopped fruits + mini marshmallows
Method
1) In a small non stick pan, add the chocolate bars and the heavy cream and butter. You can also use a double boiler for this. Else on slow fire keep stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and blends well.
2) In the mean time, toast the marshmallows by heating them on high power for 2 min in microwave or baking them in hot oven for 5 min at 200c.
3)Add 1 tbsp of mini marshmallows to the chocolate mixture and stir it till the marshmallows melt in it.
4) Serve the chocolate fondue along with the toasted marshmallows and chopped fruits of your choice (I used pears, bananas. You can also add strawberries)

If you do get a fountain then also include crispy wafer biscuits, vanilla flavored cigars, soup sticks, Nankhatais etc.
